5. Is this sign only for indoor use?
No! Thanks to our weather-resistant finish, you can confidently display your sign on front doors, garden fences, or campsites.
6. How does the personalization work?
Simply enter the name, date, or custom text in the "Personalization" box before adding to cart. Our designers will integrate your text into the artwork for a seamless look.
7. Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes, for complex custom orders, we can provide a digital proof upon request to ensure everything is perfect before we begin the crafting process.
8. What if I entered the wrong name for personalization?
Please contact us via email within 12 hours. Because each piece is custom-made, we cannot modify details once the printing process has started.
9. How long does it take to process my order?
Every sign is handcrafted to order. We typically inspect and prepare your item within 1–3 business days.
10. How long does shipping take within the USA?
After processing, standard shipping usually takes 4 - 5 business days. You can expect your package within 5 - 8 business days total.
