  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, non-customized items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2. Personalized Items Policy

  • Custom Orders: Because our products are custom-made (personalized with names, dates, or specific designs), we do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" or customer errors
  • Our Mistake: If we made an error in the personalization or design, we will prioritize sending a brand-new replacement or provide a 100% full refund immediately at zero extra cost to you.

  • Step 3: Once approved, we will send you a Prepaid Shipping Label via email.
  • Return Method: You can easily initiate the process via email or phone.

4. Refund Information

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Restocking Fee: We are happy to inform you that there are NO restocking fees.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Arrival Issues: If your wooden sign arrives cracked, broken, or with printing defects due to transit, please contact us immediately.
  • Resolution: We will send a brand-new replacement immediately or issue a 100% full refund, ensuring your experience with us is entirely risk-free.

6. Free Shipping on Returns

We offer Free Return Shipping for all customers within the USA. We will provide a prepaid label so you don't have to worry about the return shipping cost.
